Our design is patent pending, so we cannot disclose how our floor system is designed here. I will be happy to bring a sample to you so you may examine how strong our Razzor Floors are.
We can say that it works with magnets in such a way that the panels cannot, under any circumstances, separate from each other. There is over 480 lbs of magnetic force on each panel that holds it in place with the other panels. There is also a simple tongue-and-groove system on two sides of each panel
The panels 'snap' together with less than .005" between them.
Each panel can be 'sped up' or 'slowed down' very easily to fit within your requirements of your clients. Some swing dancers like a 'fast' floor, others like salsa, country and ballroom dancers like a slow or medium speed floor. We can contour the floor to your liking.
These floors have been cut with CNC (computer numerical controlled) machines that cost over $80,000 and are the most accurately 'squared' panels in the business - less than .005" difference between the panels..
